Waterhouse Moor Residents' Association (WMRA) was formed in September 2013, after a group of residents got together and decided that it was time that the voice of the people was heard. For too long no local organisation has truly represented us and it has been left to individual groups to tackle concerns. We have fully supported the Harlow Council's Constitution Plans and set up our Resident's Association. Our issues will be taken to our local Councillors for answers and action. So if you have an issue that you have not been sure how to tackle it....come and join us and help make a difference. Bring a Neighbour along.

The Residents’ Association was formed in December 2013 officially, after a meeting which invited all residents to attend, where a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary were elected.

The Committee members meet regularly and a meeting is held every first Tuesday in the month in the Study Centre's Day Barn at 19:00 where all residents are invited to attend. We discuss any problems in their local area and try to resolve these as soon as possible. We also listen to suggestions for enhancing and improving facilities and the environment in Waterhouse Moor for the benefit of the community.

Mission Statement

To promote the interests of all residents in the area and to assist in maintaining good relations between all members of the community and to improve the area we live in, making it more suitable and welcoming for the people who live and work in Waterhouse Moor.
